For digital yoga courses, subscriptions, or downloads, refunds are generally not available once content has been accessed. Exceptions may apply in cases of technical issues or accidental duplicate purchases.
When cancelling a subscription, access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle. Refunds will not be issued for partial months or unused portions of a plan.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@umiyoga.online within 7 days of purchase. Include your proof of payment and a description of the issue. Eligible refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
